Description
The Social Media Manager VA helps individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses build and maintain a strong and consistent presence on social media. They manage content calendars, design or coordinate graphics, schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor basic performance metrics across up to 3 social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage a monthly content calendar

Create/write engaging captions using brand voice

Design basic graphics using templates (e.g., Canva)

Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite

Reply to comments and DMs within defined limits

Monitor post performance (likes, reach, comments) and submit weekly reports

Research relevant hashtags and trends

Flag customer inquiries for follow-up or escalation

Provide basic community engagement to keep the brand active

🎓 VA Qualifications:
