Advantages and Benefits of Hiring RemoteDraft Virtual Executive Assistant
The advantages and benefits of hiring a RemoteDraft Virtual Executive Assistant are numerous.
Whether you’re a startup founder, a solopreneur, or a busy executive, our model delivers real value without the overhead or risk of traditional hiring.
Here are the top reasons UK-based professionals choose RemoteDraft’s Executive Assistants:
No Payroll, No HR Headaches – Just Results
When you hire a Virtual Executive Assistant through RemoteDraft, you’re not hiring a freelancer or adding someone to your internal payroll. You’re contracting with us, a remote staffing agency that provides fully-managed virtual talent for service delivery.
Think of it like hiring an accounting firm to handle your books. You’re hiring RemoteDraft to handle your own tasks.
No employment complications, just professional service delivery.
This is a service contract where you purchase services, not individual workers.
We assign someone to handle your tasks, but they remain our responsibility, not yours.
Therefore, you don’t have to handle or worry about:
– Registering as an employer with HMRC for PAYE (Pay As You Earn)
– Setting up Real Time Information (RTI) submissions and Full Payment Submissions (FPS)
– Managing P45 forms for leavers, P60 annual summaries, or P11D benefit reporting
– Completing starter checklists for new employees (replacement for old P46 forms)
– Calculating and deducting Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions (NICs)
– Apprenticeship Levy reporting (for businesses with annual pay bills over £3 million)
– Workplace pension auto-enrolment compliance
– Statutory sick pay, maternity pay, and holiday pay calculations
– Employment rights compliance including minimum wage regulations
– Handling employment tribunals or redundancy procedures
– Managing Employer’s Liability Insurance requirements
– Dealing with HMRC audits or PAYE compliance investigations
– IR35 assessments or Status Determination Statements
All of that complexity goes away when you work with RemoteDraft.
We handle everything, from sourcing, payment, management to support, so you don’t have to worry about compliance, liability, or hidden costs.
We act as the contractor.
You simply receive an invoice, make your payment to us, and get consistent support from your assigned virtual assistant (Remote Draft).
Note: For specific tax and compliance questions related to your business, we recommend consulting with your accountant or tax advisor.
Flexible Plans for Different Workloads
RemoteDraft has various Virtual Executive Assistant plans to fit different workloads.
While the Full-time Regular plan of 40 hours per weeks offers the best chance of getting maximum benefit and time out of the remote talent we assign to you, Part-time Regular plan of 20 hours per week, Part-time Regular plan of 10 hours per week, and our flexible Pay-As-You-Go plans exist for lighter or variable workloads.
No Infrastructure Required, Zero Overhead Costs
Hiring a Remote Draft from us means that you do not have to worry about a lot of other things that you would ordinarily do if you hired traditionally.
You don’t have to worry about office space, we handle that.
You don’t have to worry about providing computers, internet, or even basic software licenses for the computers, unless you specifically need your Remote Draft to use a paid tool on your account.
Dedicated Support for You
Our support team stays involved, not just during onboarding of the Remote Draft but throughout your engagement, to ensure smooth collaboration and performance.
