We Match and Onboard Your Remote Talent

Once payment is confirmed, we begin the sourcing and assignment process. This includes identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best match for the role you chose.
Most matches are completed within 10 business days (about two weeks), depending on your requirements and schedule. You’ll be introduced to your RemoteDraft once the onboarding is complete.

Ongoing Support & Oversight

After onboarding, you’ll interact directly with your assigned RemoteDraft to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and guide day-to-day priorities.
RemoteDraft continues to manage oversight, discipline, and payroll of the assigned Remote Talent. If any concerns arise or a replacement is needed, our support team is always available to help ensure a smooth experience.
